This free, 4-hour workshop will introduce and explore the Three Horizons framework — a practical, creative tool for having strategic conversations about change. It helps us reflect on the present, imagine possible futures, and identify the emerging ideas and actions that might carry us forward.

Whether your congregation is actively experimenting or simply wondering what’s next, this session will support you to:

* Clarify your hopes and concerns about the future

* Explore how innovation can connect to your mission and values

* Identify patterns that may need to change — and things worth preserving

* Have constructive, honest conversations across different perspectives.

* It may lead to ideas for proposals to the Innovation Fund, or simply start the conversation.
