Friday Lunchtime Concert – 2 Oct 2026

FRIDAY LUNCHTIME CONCERT 2 October 2026 at 12.30p.m.

Venue:- York Unitarian Church, St Saviourgate, York, YO1 8NQ

We are very pleased to welcome Amanda and Nicky, and in their own words:
“Soprano Amanda Crawley and pianist Nicky Losseff join forces to celebrate the glories of English Song from the last hundred years or so; songs which take us from the wintry melancholy of Quilter and Vaughan Williams, though quirky settings of Shakespeare by Dring and Finzi, to songs welcoming rain… as our own memories of baking in the long summer heat fade away.

We finish with Britten’s Cabaret Songs– every song exploring Love’s powerful impulses and desires.”

Tickets £8 cash only at the door.
